Step by Step of how the software works
Students are authenticated using their school's OAuth, eliminating the need for manual registration. For schools that do not support OAuth authentication, students can manually create an account using their email or by using Google/GitHub OAuth.
Staff members create a course and send the link to the students. Students can request to join the course, and staff can manually accept them or upload a .csv file containing student admission numbers or emails for automatic acceptance.
Staff create an attendance sheet for each course schedule date with a single click on the dashboard. Students mark their attendance by selecting the course shown on their home screen. The system verifies if the student is within the classroom polygon location or connected to a specified network with the required connection strength as defined by the teacher.
Staff can view the list of students and their attendance dates, review each attendance sheet, and monitor each student's overall course attendance to make informed decisions. Additionally, staff can export the attendance data for documentation purposes.
